“It was very forward for us, it was such an adventurous recording. That really felt good because we’d turned the corner from a pop-punk band to conceptual and progressive, um, punk band.”

“The album tells a lot of different stories from my life and growing up,” she said. “It’s about growing up and coming into your own. For me that was going through a lot of different struggles as a kid.”
