The Caring Hands Volunteer Caregivers Program At John Muir Health

The Caring Hands Volunteer Caregivers Program program creates one-on-one matches between caring volunteers and seniors in need over age 60 who may be frail, isolated, or disabled. These matches often make it possible for the seniors to stay in their homes and remain independent longer. Volunteers generally provide free, non-medical in-home assistance for one to three hours per week to meet a long-term need.
