Playing for Change Foundation began with the belief that music has the power to connect people regardless of their differences. Playing for change brings music programs to under-served communities in Mali, Ghana, Rwanda, South Africa, Nepal and Thailand.
In addition to music and dance classes, Playing for Change pays attention to other community needs and assists with clean water, food, medicine, clothing, books, and school supplies.
Plans are underway to expand the program to ten schools in Bangladesh and 25 charter schools in the U.S. for under-served children.
