A ‘Full House’ Revival Might Be Happening!

By Alyssa Pereira

TV Guide has revealed that the classic San Francisco-based family sitcom could be in for a revamp with the same cast. Warner Brothers’ TV branch is reportedly “mulling it over.”

John Stamos, a.k.a. cool Uncle Jesse, holds an ownership stake in the show, and seems to be leading the pushing the project forward.

The show has got a lot going for it too—though it ran from 1987 to 1995, it still rakes is a large viewership on reruns, and the program’s original producer and creator are attached. Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, Andrea Barber, Bob Saget, and Dave Coulier (who respectively played D.J., Stephanie, Kimmy, Danny and Joey) are all somehow involved or already onboard.

In 2009, TV Guide reports, Stamos told the press that a “Full House” movie was in the works, but that was the extent of what was revealed.
