Gawwwd I love me some Tristan Prettyman.  She’s the ultimate chick other chicks wanna be friends with – she’s so funny and smart and obscenely talented and gorgeous and will drink margaritas with you while you talk til 2am…

The fact that she also made my favorite record of 2012 is an added bonus - “Cedar and Gold” is a phenomenal group of songs centered mainly around her unexpected break-up with Jason Mraz, but also takes turns into hilarious bits like her new single, “The Rebound.”  The song is total-scandal-funny (much like Ms. Prettyman herself) and it’s as freaking catchy as it is hilarious.
