BOSTON (CBS SF) — A Boston-area father used a powerful incentive to lure his teenage daughter off of the social networking site Facebook: money.
Paul Baier drew up a contract, and offered his daughter $200 cash if she could stay off Facebook for five months. Baier posted about the contract on his blog, Practical Sustainability on Tuesday.
The contract states his daughter must surrender access of her account to her dad, giving him ‘access to my Facebook to change the password and to deactivate the account. This will prevent me from re-activating the account in the future.”
