Baltimore may have dominated the first two quarters of Super Bowl XLVII but Beyoncé (with help from some old friends) dominated the half-time show with a dance filled high energy performance.
Beyoncé’s performance was a stage spectacle that, beyond her sexy leather and lace bodysuit (designed by Rubin Singer), included a LED lit stage, back-up dancers and a spark-shooting electric guitar.
She kicked off her performance by strutting her stuff to an a cappella version of “Love On Top,” proving once again, singing live is not a problem for her. She then launched into a medley of “Crazy in Love,” “End of Time,” ”Baby Boy,” complete with video projections similar to those she used in MTV Video Music Awards in, before finishing the night with her school dance appropriate ballad “Halo.”
The real highlight though was the much rumored appearance of Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams for a Destiny’s Child reunion. The trio teamed up for a three songs including “Bootylicious” and the Charlie’s Angels-inspired “Independent Woman,” along with Bey’s ”Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It).”

It has been a busy few weeks for Beyoncé, between the revival of her classic girl group to the lip-sync controversy at the inauguration to the upcoming premiere of her HBO documentary, Live Is But A Dream, on February 16, she has had her hands full. Bey also teased fans saying she would have a big announcement after Sunday’s big game.
What do you think Beyoncé has up her sleeves?
