3. Shelters First, a coalition of Silicon Valley Animal Shelters, is trying to make sure that every health, adoptable, animal in their care finds a forever home. Beth Ward is COO of Humane Society Silicon Valley and Julie St. Gregory is a spokesperson for San Jose Animal Care Center.
