Join the festivities at The Lake Chalet, which is located near Oakland’s Lake Merritt at 1521 Lakeside Drive. Musical artist, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Matt Kearney[/lastfm] will perform at the event. Free food for the first 120 people! The rest of us can buy specials for $9.73. Get to The Lake Chalet early to secure your seating arrangements.

The food there is very good. But, be warned…parking is HORRIBLE. Get there early and even then, be ready to walk. I am thinking of getting there at 11:00, myself.
